“Hope is leaving room for magic bigger than you.” – Kerry Washington

What do you regret in your life? Are they regrets that you ponder often and beat yourself up about? Are they regrets that you have made peace with? Are they regrets about choices that changed your life in some way? Most of my regrets I now see as learning experiences that I would not do again. I have worked to take the emotional charge off of the past events that hurt with techniques like tapping.

But… What if you could go back in time – any time you choose – for just three weeks, to possibly re-do some choices you made, and change your future? This is a question I have thought about for awhile. What time of my life would I re-visit? What would I want to change? What an interesting way to do a life review!

I just finished a new novel by Jude Deveraux, “As You Wish,” which is the third book in her Summerhouse series. In this book, three women are given the opportunity to go back in time to create a different future. They are aware of their present life as they go into the past, so they know what will happen – unless they can change it.

What are you wanting to release, and what are you wanting to welcome into your life? So much of the healing I do with my clients is about taking the emotional charge off of past events so they can be fully present in the now. We can let go of what is not ours, we can hand people, relationships, jobs, events to their Source. We can learn to be much more fully who we really are.
