The older and wiser I become, the more I believe that, as Abraham-Hicks says, “nothing is more important than that I feel good”. When I feel good, my good energy helps everyone around me to feel good, and I help the world to heal. So, I take good care of myself – with Reiki, with exercise, with tapping, with meditation, with having fun, with eating good food, with supplements, with choosing to feel gratitude and appreciation, and the like.
