From Highway 17, take the Hamilton Ave. exit. Get in the middle lane off of the freeway, and when you turn left, get into the far right lane so you can turn right onto Hamilton (toward Bascom & Whole Foods). (** Ignore the street numbers until you pass Leigh.) Wellness Within is on the left side of the street, on the corner of Grace St., 2 blocks past Leigh. You will see a sign for the Family Vision Center, and below that a big green sign for Wellness Within. You can park in front, in back, or on Grace St.

Exit Hwy. 1 at the Bay Ave./ Porter St. exit, and turn away from the ocean (toward the hills) on Porter St. Stay on Porter, past Soquel Ave. Turn left into the Soquel Village Mall just past the Star of Siam restaurant. Selena's office is the last office in the row, farthest away from Porter St.

From Highway 17 / I-880 take the Highway 280/Stevens Creek Blvd. exit toward San Francisco. Keep left at the fork, and follow signs to Stevens Creek Blvd. You will merge onto Stevens Creek Blvd. Get into the left lane, and turn left at S. Winchester Blvd. Turn left at Tisch Way, and left again onto Dudley Ave. The National Holistic Institute is in the large office building on the corner of Tisch and Dudley. You can park on the street, or follow signs to "upper level parking" for the office building.
