I consider "energy healing" the process of channelling healing energy through me (not from me) into you, so your body/mind/emotion has the energy it needs to heal itself. I consider myself a "healer / teacher". During a healing session, I am teaching you and your body about moving energy through you.
The word "heal" originates from the words "whole" and "holy". To me, healing means helping you to embody your spirit as well as your magnificent body - helping you to become "whole". Visit these pages to learn more:
