Reiki is taught in levels, or degrees. Information on all levels of Reiki classes offered are on this page.
In First Degree Reiki you learn to transmit healing energy through your touch, for yourself or another. In Second Degree Reiki, you learn to send the energy across distance, amplify what you are sending, and other wonderful tools. In Third Degree Reiki Practitioner Training, you have access to more energy and advanced techniques. And, if you love Reiki as much as I do and you want to teach, I also offer Reiki Master Teacher Training.
First & Second Degree Reiki Training
You can learn First and Second Degree Reiki in one weekend. In a Reiki Workshop, you learn to use Reiki on yourself or another, through your touch or at any distance (beyond space and time). Many of my students have found they can profoundly support friends and loved ones after just one weekend class!
Reiki Workshops are fun, healing, powerful, heart-opening, full of energy, and empowering. The classes are small (about 15 people maximum), informal, and include lots of hands-on practice. Reiki classes include:
- Learning to channel Reiki energy through touch and at any distance, for yourself, others, plants, and animals.
- Four powerful “activations” that give you Reiki for the rest of your life.
- A complete manual and Reiki certification.
- Hands-on practice, feedback, encouragement, and more!
- Lots of healing for YOU!
- Reiki Workshops cost $350 (or $330 each if you register with a friend), are from 10:00am until about 6:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Reiki classes are taught in San Jose.
(If you already have First Degree Reiki, the cost is $300. If you want to repeat the training and took your previous class with Jeanine, the cost is $200.)

Third Degree Reiki Practitioner Training
Third Degree Reiki Practitioner Training is a quantum leap beyond Second Degree - in your own personal frequency, personal growth, and in what you can do for yourself and others...
This class is a prerequisite for Third Degree Reiki Master Training. It is a one-day workshop for you who have been using Second Degree Reiki (from any teacher) for at least three months, and want to increase the power coming through you. In this workshop you will receive a Third Degree Reiki Initiation, learn the Third Degree Reiki Empowerment Symbol and how to use it for hands-on healing, distant healing, & personal development, and learn several advanced techniques for “re-patterning” and working on personal issues.
Third Degree Reiki Practitioner Training costs $250, is from 10:00am until about 6:30pm, and is taught in San Jose.

Reiki Master / Teacher Training
In Reiki Master/Teacher Training, you learn how to empower others with Reiki energy (all degrees), using the Traditional Reiki Attunement (Initiation) process. You must have Second degree Reiki for a minimum of 6 months (I prefer one year), have completed Third Degree Reiki Practitioner Training and other preparatory classes that will give you a strong foundation for working with energy and teaching others, and complete an application that includes documenting (briefly) a number of hands-on and distant healings.
This training includes one day with me to learn how to do Attunements, time on your own to practice, an additional evening with me to review what you have learned, and then you apprentice with me for at least one weekend class. During the apprenticeship, you help initiate my students (they get an initiation from both of us), and you get feedback from them and me.
I schedule Reiki Master/Teacher classes as requested. When you have completed Third Degree Reiki Practitioner training and the Reiki Master Teacher application, contact me to schedule training. The training includes apprenticing with me for as many classes as you need to feel confident, and my support whenever you need it (answering questions, offering suggestions, etc.).
